Are you looking for a role where your strategic decisions shape the bottom line? Do you have the commercial 'Super User' skills to outmanoeuvre the competition in one of the UK’s fastest-paced hotel markets? If yes, we would love to hear from you.

What’s it all about?

As our Senior Cluster Revenue Manager you will manage one of Travelodge’s largest and most complex markets. Overseeing a portfolio of approximately 30 hotels with an annual turnover of £50m, you will drive strategic pricing and inventory decisions to maximise RevPAR and market share. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role within a diverse team of experts managing 600 hotels across the UK.

You will act as a key project lead, mentoring junior team members and utilising the IDeaS Revenue Management System to translate complex data into winning commercial strategies.

What you’ll bring to the team
  • Revenue & Strategy Optimisation: Drive revenue targets by managing day-to-day tactical pricing and inventory for a £50m cluster. You will conduct daily reviews of pace, STR data, and channel mixes to deploy effective yield management strategies and maximise RevPAR during key demand periods.
  • Advanced System Management: Act as a power user of the IDeaS Revenue Management System, ensuring data integrity while performing complex displacement analysis and forecast validations. You will translate system data into actionable pricing strategies and work with the Analytics Manager to enhance selling system performance.
  • Leadership & Project Management: Lead cross-team working groups on "best practice" projects like new hotel openings and IDeaS super-user initiatives. You will also act as a key project lead for the Revenue Team Vision and provide vital market knowledge to the development and investment teams for new hotel deals.
  • People Development &

    Collaboration:

Support the recruitment and interviewing of new talent while designing and delivering specialist training in IDeaS and Power BI. You will also cultivate revenue awareness across the business by presenting at district meetings and balancing commercial needs with customer experience alongside Hotel Booking Support.
