Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:45am - 6pm, Fridays from 8:45am - 5:30pm. Please note, that you will be required to work every other Saturday from 10am - 3pm.

Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle.

Job Summary and

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our residential Sales operation in Thame. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong sales background who enjoys motivating teams, driving performance, and delivering outstanding results.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day success of the sales department, ensuring strong market presence, consistent revenue growth and excellent customer service.

Duties will include:

  • Drive market share and establish the branch as a leading sales agent in the local area
  • Maximize revenue and grow the residential sales property register
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Lead, motivate and develop the sales team through regular 1:1's, coaching and performance reviews
  • Deliver against sales targets, profitability goals and KPI's
  • Implement effective action plans to improve conversion, performance and results
  • Maintain high standards of service, compliance and presentation across the branch

Skills required:

  • Proven experience in a residential estate agency sales, ideally in a Sales Manager, Assistant Manager role or Senior Negotiator
  • Target driven with a proven track record of success
  • Confident leader with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
  • Highly organised with strong communication and negotiator skills
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and results-focused
