Demi Chef de Partie (Full Time Permanent)

Chinnor, Oxfordshire

Full-Time

Pay: £28,000 per annum + up to £3,000 service charge per year.

5/7 days with flexibility for weekends, evenings, and mornings. No Monday shifts; one extra evening off per week. Split shifts between shifts or straight through. Live‑in options available for a small fee.

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals to the standards set by the Head Chef.
• Assist in food preparation, cooking high‑quality dishes, and preparing vegetables, meats, and fish.
• Assist other chefs, help with deliveries, restocking, and stock‑rotation cleaning stations.
• Maintain kitchen and food‑safety standards.

• Assist in food preparation process.

• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar culinary role.
• Ability to work flexible hours and split shifts.
• Strong knowledge of food‑safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Team player who can work under head‑chef direction.
