Estate Agent Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator / Lister – Thame - up to £30k basic £40k OTE

My client is a leading, independent multi branch Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years. They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator / Valuer to join our team. This would be a full-time position based in their Thame branch. The role would include registering buyers, booking in viewings, booking market appraisals, conducting viewings and appraisals.

The role is Monday to Friday plus a share on a rota of Saturdays with a day off in lieu.

As an Estate Agent Senior Sales / Lettings Negotiator / Valuer you will be responsible for:

• Arranging and carrying property viewings and Valuations for both Sales and Lettings
• Carrying out valuations
• Negotiating sales and lets
• Listening to potential buyers and tenants requirements and selling the best suited property
• Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have

Skills Required:

• Recent experience working as an Estate Agent Sales or Lettings Negotiator
• Valuation experience
• Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving license and Car
