About the Role

We are recruiting a 7.5‑tonne Driver for a well‑established merchant company, offering a stable permanent position with excellent working hours and a friendly team environment.

This role involves one scheduled drop per day, covering routes across the UK. You'll be representing the business on every delivery, so a professional, friendly and customer‑focused approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Complete one UK‑wide delivery per day in a 7.5‑tonne vehicle

Provide excellent customer service at each drop

Ensure safe loading, unloading and secure transport of goods

Maintain accurate delivery records and follow company procedures

Represent the business positively with a bubbly, approachable manner

Operate a modern, automatic vehicle (3 years old)

Requirements

Valid CPC qualification

7.5‑tonne licence

Strong customer service skills

Friendly, bubbly and professional personality

Reliable, punctual and confident working independently

Experience covering UK routes is desirable
