Based in Thame, this permanent HGV Class 2 ADR Cylinder Delivery Driver position with Pertemps Reading serves a leading UK gas supplier. Working Monday to Friday from 06:00 or 07:00, the role covers 46 hours weekly. Duties involve multi-drop deliveries of gas cylinders to roughly 15-20 customers daily, upholding strict health and safety standards, and maintaining vehicle roadworthiness and cleanliness. Operating forklifts or cranes for loading and unloading may be required.

- Cylinder delivery driver Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for HGV Class 2 ADR Cylinder Drivers to work for one of the most prestigious Gas companies in the UK.

Monday to Friday, 06:00-07:00 start times, 46hrs per wk

Permanent Pay: £46,123 pa basic salary rising to £57,653 (based on Length of service) Breaks:

- Adhering to strict Health & Safety operations as directed by the client
- Multi dropping approximately 15-20 drops per day delivering gas cylinders to customers
- Ensuring the road worthiness, safekeeping and cleanliness of vehicle allocated
- Where necessary, operate specialist equipment such as forklift trucks and cranes to load and unload vehicles (full training provided)
- Using safe manual handling techniques when delivering and collecting cylinders to and from customer sites
- HGV Class 2 qualification held for 2 years minimum
- Licence endorsements
- Max 6 Points, minor offences only no CU80s - A driver CPC is required
- ADR (Class 2 in packages)
- Excellent customer service
- Knowledge of Defensive driving and Driver Regulations, including HSA regulations
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers
- Having a high level of personal integrity suits to your profile
- Undertake a basic DBS check along with a Drug & Alcohol / medical test
- Full training provided
- Weekend and Bank Holiday allowances available on top of basic salary
