Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Thame.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking for a long-term position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role

You will be responsible for a range of warehouse duties, including:

Operating a counterbalance forklift

Warehouse picking and general warehouse duties

Loading and unloading goods

Using computerised warehouse systems

Ensuring goods are stored and handled safely and efficiently

Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Working Hours

This role operates on an alternating weekly shift pattern:

Week 1:
Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm

Week 2:
Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm – midnight

40 hours per week

About You

The successful candidate will have:

A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence – essential

Previous warehouse and forklift experience

Previous warehouse picking experience

Good literacy skills

Experience using computerised warehouse systems

A reliable and hardworking approach

The flexibility to work the alternating shift pattern

Important Location Information

Due to the location and shift times, candidates will need to have their own transport or live in Thame, with reliable means of getting to and from work for all shifts.
