Location: Thame
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Salary: £28k - £30k
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team. Due to the location of the site, a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.
This is a hands-on and varied role within a team of 7 warehouse professionals. The successful candidate will be flexible in their duties, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to support all areas of the warehouse operation as required.
A Counterbalance Forklift Licence would be beneficial but is not essential as training may be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to process stock movements.
- Checking incoming and outgoing orders against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Receiving, unloading and storing deliveries.
- Conducting quality checks on products and reporting any discrepancies or damages.
