Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Articles role located in Thane. The role involves assisting in financial reporting, preparing and maintaining accounting records, and supporting the execution of financial audits. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, performing accurate reconciliations, and contributing to the organization's overall financial practices with a focus on learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax advisory
Proficiency in payroll processing and cloud accounting platforms
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other accounting software
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related fields (or pursuing CA/related articleship program)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
