Desired Candidate Profile
· Proven working experience as an accountant or in a relevant field
· Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Hands-on experience with TALLY
accounting software
· Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
· Good organizational and time-management abilities
· Sound Knowledge of GST. & Income Tax.
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
Independently handle computation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
Prepare Financial Statements and manage Tax Audit and Statutory Audit processes.
Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities.
Lead and manage the accounts team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to compliance requirements.
Handle export transactions, including accounting, documentation, and foreign currency transactions in USD (Dollar) and EUR (Euro).
Stay updated with current finance, taxation, and accounting laws and ensure organizational compliance.
Assist management in decision-making by preparing budgets, MIS reports, financial forecasts, and analytical reports.
Collect, analyze, and summarize financial and accounting information.
Prepare and publish financial statements within prescribed timelines.
Manage financial obligations with suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors.
Monitor and report the status of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Ensure overall statutory, financial, and tax compliance across all Group Companies.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, government authorities, and other external stakeholders as required.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and financial reporting standards
