Data Entry – Resume Editor (Night Shift)

Thane - Onsite (Cab Available)

Shift: 07.00PM IST - 04.30AM IST Night Shift (US Timings)

Job Overview:

Infojini is looking for detail-oriented Data Entry professionals who can review, edit, and format resumes as per company and client standards. The ideal candidate should have good English comprehension, basic editing skills, and the ability to work accurately during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit, format, and update resumes in the required company format.
- Check grammar, spelling, layout, and overall presentation of resumes.
- Enter data accurately into internal systems and trackers.
- Follow predefined templates and guidelines for resume formatting.
- Ensure all documents meet quality standards before submission.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle large volumes of resumes efficiently.
- Coordinate with team members if any details need clarification.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

- Minimum Graduate in any field.
- 06-1 Year of Experience into Data Entry.
- Good Communication Skill
- Basic English writing and reading skills.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in data entry or resume editing is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in night shift (mandatory).
- Familiarity with MS Word and basic computer tools.
