Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer role based in Thane. The Motion Graphic Designer will create compelling designs, motion graphics, and animations for digital campaigns, brand stories, product explainers, and educational content for healthcare clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visual ideas, designing storyboards, developing style frames, and producing animated sequences that align with brand guidelines and communication objectives.

The role involves collaborating closely with copywriters and account managers to refine concepts, integrate feedback, and deliver high-quality assets on schedule. The Motion Graphic Designer will also prepare final files for various platforms, maintain an organized asset library, and stay current with trends in motion design and visual communication.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphic Design, Motion Design, and Motion Graphics, including concept development, storyboarding, and animation.
Hands-on experience in Video Production, including working with editors, integrating audio, and preparing assets for post-production.
Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital media, with a strong sense of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent).
Ability to interpret creative briefs, translate complex healthcare information into clear visuals, and maintain brand consistency.
Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and graphic design work, preferably with experience in healthcare or related sectors.
Excellent attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Thane.
Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
