Clinical Trainer (BAMS or BHMS)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Trainer with a BAMS or BHMS background to provide high-quality training sessions in clinical operations, with a strong focus on OB-GYN (Obstetrics and Gynecology) practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an RMO (Resident Medical Officer) and a passion for imparting knowledge to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Clinical Training Sessions:
Deliver effective and engaging clinical training sessions, primarily in Thane, with occasional travel to other locations.
Develop and implement structured training modules to enhance the knowledge and skills of medical staff.
Specialization in OB-GYN Procedures:
Provide detailed insights and practical training on OB-GYN-related procedures and protocols.
Ensure that trainees are well-versed in clinical best practices and patient care standards.
Travel for Training Sessions:
Willingness to travel to outstation locations once a month to conduct training sessions.
Accommodation and travel expenses will be fully covered.
Clinical Compliance and Evaluation:
Monitor and evaluate trainee performance, providing constructive feedback.
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and guidelines during training.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with senior management and medical teams to align training programs with organizational goals.
Maintain detailed records of training sessions and participant progress.
Requirements:
Educational
Qualification:
BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) is mandatory.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an RMO (Resident Medical Officer) in a clinical setting.
Clinical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of OB-GYN protocols and procedures.
Ability to explain complex clinical concepts effectively.
Willingness to Travel:
Open to traveling outstation once a month for training sessions (accommodation and travel support provided).
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Compensation:
Salary: Up to 45,000 per month, based on experience and expertise.
