Are you passionate about e-learning, instructional design, and building meaningful learning experiences?
Your Role & Impact
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping effective learning solutions by:
- Identifying learning gaps, performance challenges, and learner needs
- Designing structured courses with clear learning objectives and impactful instructional strategies
- Creating engaging learning content such as e-learning modules, videos, simulations, assessments, job aids, and presentations
- Evaluating learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and learner engagement

- 5 days working from office
