Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Primary School Teacher role based in Thane. The Primary School Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, integrate classroom activities, and ensure alignment with the school’s curriculum and learning goals. Daily responsibilities include managing the classroom, assessing student progress, providing feedback, maintaining records, and supporting students’ academic and personal development. The role involves communicating regularly with parents and guardians, collaborating with other teachers and school staff, and participating in meetings, trainings, and school events.

The teacher is expected to maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, while promoting positive behavior and a love of learning.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Elementary Education skills, with the ability to engage young learners and adapt instruction to diverse learning needs.
Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Education skills, including experience designing lesson plans and aligning activities with educational standards.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear classroom communication and constructive interaction with colleagues and families.
Candidates should ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, with formal teacher training or certification in primary/elementary education.
Candidates should demonstrate classroom management abilities, patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive, child-centered teaching practices.
Candidates with experience using educational technology, activity-based learning, and English-language instruction will be considered an advantage.
