Role Description

We are seeking an experienced BEE Certified Energy Manager with 5-7 years of expertise in the field of energy. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bangalore. The role involves managing energy assessments, monitoring energy consumption, and implementing strategies to reduce energy usage. Responsibilities will include designing and executing energy-saving projects, conducting audits, overseeing procurement processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve energy optimization goals.

Qualifications

Strong background in Energy Management and Energy-related practices
Proficiency in analytical skills for analyzing energy data, identifying trends, and proposing solutions
Experience in Project Management, with the ability to oversee and execute energy efficiency initiatives
Knowledge of Procurement processes for energy-efficient technologies
Certified as a Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) Energy Manager
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders

Experience with sustainability initiatives or IoT solutions is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in Energy, Engineering, or a related field preferred
