1. Onboarding Training
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees across clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Provide orientation on clinic operations, IVF workflows, protocols, SOPs, and internal systems.
- Ensure new joiners are trained and certified before independent role execution.
2. Clinical Training
- Coordinate and facilitate hands-on clinical training for doctors, embryologists, nurses, and RMOs.
- Organize training programs covering IVF procedures, egg retrieval (OPU), embryo transfer (ET), and related clinical processes.
- Work closely with senior clinicians and lab leadership to standardize clinical training practices across centers.
3. Soft Skills Training
- Develop and deliver soft skills programs focused on communication, empathy, patient counseling, and service excellence.
- Train front-office, nursing, and clinical teams on patient interaction and emotional sensitivity in fertility care.
- Reinforce patient-first culture across all centers.
4. Compliance & Safety Training
- Ensure regular training on healthcare regulations, ART Act guidelines, NABH standards, and internal compliance policies.
- Conduct patient safety, infection control, and risk management training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of mandatory compliance training and certifications.
5. Continuous Medical Education (CME)
- Plan and coordinate continuous medical education initiatives including workshops, seminars, webinars, and conferences.
- Facilitate knowledge updates on latest fertility treatments, research, technologies, and best practices.
- Support clinician participation in external academic programs and conferences.
Training Evaluation & Reporting
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, audits, and performance indicators.
- Prepare regular training reports for management highlighting coverage, gaps, and outcomes.
- Continuously improve training programs based on clinical outcomes and patient experience data.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IVF clinic operations and healthcare training requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate with clinical leaders and multi-location teams
- Knowledge of compliance, patient safety, and quality standards
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
