Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager, located in Thane. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing product strategy and lifecycle, gathering market insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for product development and improvement. The role also includes managing product launches, driving customer adoption, and ensuring effective communication of product value propositions.

Role :
- Brand Management.
- Identifying new avenues to develop brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
- Designing product strategies and ensuring their timely execution.
- New launch proposal to strengthen the portfolio.
- Coordination with sales team to ensure strategy implementation.
- Specifying market requirements for current & future products by conducting market research.
- Planning and Design promotional material / tools to support the sales / marketing objectives with cost effectiveness.
- Train, motivate and guide the field force to ensure the continuous growth of the brand.
- New product identification and new launch.
- Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries.
- Entry Barriers-To create entry barriers for the competition by innovating the product and packaging.
