We are looking for an experienced and dynamic  Chief of Lab Operations – Embryology  to lead and manage our IVF laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all embryology procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth functioning of the IVF lab while working closely with clinicians and the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage  IVF laboratory operations and embryology team
Perform and supervise procedures such as  ICSI, IVF, embryo culture, embryo transfer preparation, vitrification, and thawing
Ensure  quality control and compliance  with laboratory protocols and regulatory standards
Maintain  accurate documentation and laboratory records
Monitor and improve  success rates and lab performance
Train, mentor, and supervise embryologists and lab staff
Implement  latest techniques and technologies in embryology
Ensure proper  maintenance of laboratory equipment and culture systems
Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:
MSc / PhD in Clinical Embryology, Life Sciences, or related field
7+ years of experience in IVF laboratory , with leadership experience preferred
Strong expertise in  ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation, and IVF lab protocols
Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
Ability to manage a  high-volume IVF lab environment
