Position: General Manager – Clinic Operations (Multispecialty Healthcare)
About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Clinic Operations to lead the operations of a growing multispecialty clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the clinic into a professionally managed, corporate-style healthcare facility and establishing systems that can be replicated as we expand into multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
- Coordinate schedules and operations for visiting consultants and specialist doctors.
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical support staff.
- Ensure an excellent patient experience from registration to discharge.
- Oversee billing, inventory, procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Implement and optimize Clinic/Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS).
- Work closely with the clinic owner to develop a scalable operational model for future branches.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a multispecialty clinic or hospital.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating specialist consultants.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare software, reporting, and operational planning.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in established healthcare organizations, multispecialty hospitals, or clinic chains will be preferred.
