At Infojini Consulting Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a technically strong, solution-oriented Proposal Writer who can independently craft compelling, architecture-driven proposals for US Government and public-sector clients.

Role Overview

This is not a generic content or marketing role.

We’re looking for someone with technical depth and proposal experience who can:

- Analyze RFPs/RFQs/TORs for scope and compliance
- Prepare compliance matrices and proposal outlines
- Independently write technical sections such as:
- Technical Approach & Solution Architecture
- Web & Mobile Application Design
- Scope of Work & Deliverables
- Project Management, Staffing, Risk & QA
- Translate SME inputs into clear, implementation-focused responses
- Ensure compliance with government formatting and evaluation criteria
- Manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines

✅ Mandatory Skills

- 1+ year of experience writing solution-based proposals (Web/Mobile Applications)
- Strong understanding of:
- Web architectures (Frontend, Backend, APIs, Cloud)
- Mobile development (iOS, Android, Cross-platform)
- SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Dev Ops, QA/Test methodologies
- Experience responding to Government/Public Sector/Enterprise RFPs
- Excellent written communication & attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & PDF tools

⭐ Preferred Experience

- Exposure to US SLED or international government proposals

- Experience with agencies like FL DMS, TX DIR, NY OGS, MD CATS+, NYC DoITT, Canadian Government
- Familiarity with procurement portals such as Ariba, Bid Net, Bonfire, Planet Bids, Qvidian
