Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, etc.)
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals
Create engaging posts, captions, and short-form videos
Schedule and publish content using tools like Hootsuite/Buffer
Monitor performance and optimize engagement and growth
Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, You Tube Ads)
Track key metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS)
Build and manage marketing funnels and tracking systems (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel)
Set up automation workflows (Pabbly, Zapier)
Analyze data and generate performance reports
Requirements:
2–4+ years in performance marketing
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, You Tube Ads
Strong content creation and social media management skills
Familiarity with scheduling and automation tools
Knowledge of analytics, CRM tools (Hub Spot/Zoho), and marketing funnels
Proficiency in Canva, Excel/Google Sheets
Analytical, detail-oriented, and trend-aware
