Ajna Lens is looking for a  Logistics & Supply Chain Executive  to join our Operations team at Thane (Maharashtra – India).
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional with 4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, procurement coordination, and inventory operations. This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage end-to-end supply chain activities, vendor coordination, inventory planning, material movement, and logistics operations while ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.
This is a full-time role, focused on managing procurement planning, inventory control, vendor management, logistics execution, warehouse coordination, and supply chain process improvement to support business and manufacturing operations.

Top 3 Daily Tasks:

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, material movement, and delivery tracking.

• Monitor inventory levels, procurement schedules, and material availability to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Minimum Work Experience /

Education Required:

• 4-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, procurement, inventory planning, or related operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with inventory management, vendor coordination, procurement processes, and logistics operations.

• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, logistics operations, and inventory management.

• Experience in vendor management, procurement coordination, and shipment tracking.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams.

• Strong documentation, reporting, and ERP/Inventory Management System proficiency.

What You'll Be Expected to Do:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics coordination.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and components.

• Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock accuracy, and implement inventory optimization strategies.

• Track shipments, manage logistics partners, and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to support project and business requirements.

• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize delays.

• Maintain documentation related to procurement, logistics, inventory transactions, and vendor performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements related to logistics and supply chain operations.
