Ecommerce Marketplace Operations

ROLE OVERVIEW
Mosaic is a fast-growing cross-border e-commerce company operating across UAE, UK and KSA marketplaces. We are seeking a
highly organized and execution-focused International Operations Executive to support inventory management, marketplace
operations, fulfilment execution, and stakeholder coordination across multiple geographies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Trendyol and D2C channels.
 Maintain inventory accuracy and drive replenishment planning.
 Execute daily fulfilment activities and ensure SLA adherence.
 Support demand planning through sales reporting and analysis.
 Coordinate with customer support, warehouse and logistics stakeholders.
 Ensure SOP compliance and identify process improvement opportunities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management or Supply Chain Operations.
 Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Portal.
 Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
