Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager located in Thane. The Closing Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to manage funding, closings, and loan documentation. The role also involves assisting sales teams with the execution of contracts and ensuring smooth customer experiences throughout the closing process.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace

Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
3–6 years of proven experience in sales closing, business development, or account management
Experience in high-ticket sales, real estate, luxury goods, or services is an added advantage

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)   Conversion rate of qualified leads to closed deals
Monthly and quarterly revenue achievement
Average deal closure time
Customer satisfaction and retention rate

Work Schedule   Full-time role (6 days a week / as per company policy)
May require flexibility in working hours to meet client needs
