ABOUT
THE ROLE
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Advertising. You will work directly with 200+ brand accounts across categories, driving measurable ROAS, reducing CAC, and scaling performance across marketplaces and D2C channels.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and Amazon Sponsored Ads
• Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for traffic, conversions, and ROAS goals
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Write and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page elements through A/B testing
• Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently, ensuring spend is allocated toward top-performing campaigns
• Build and present performance reports with key metrics, insights, and recommendations
• Coordinate with content, design, and marketplace teams to align campaign assets
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, beta features, and industry trends
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads
• Proven track record of managing ad spends above Rs. 5L/month and delivering measurable ROI
• Strong understanding of performance metrics: ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, and ACOS
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
• Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based campaign strategies
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and budget tracking
• Good communication skills to present insights to internal teams and clients
GOOD TO HAVE
• Experience working in a marketplace growth agency or D2C brand environment
• Familiarity with Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, or other Indian marketplace ad platforms
• Knowledge of SEO and organic growth to complement paid strategy
• Exposure to international markets such as UAE or Southeast Asia
