Overview

Automotive Talent Partners is recruiting an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join a busy, successful independent dealership workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician, Car Technician, Mechanic, MOT Tester or Automotive Technician looking to work at a professional dealership with a strong reputation, steady traffic and a variety of vehicle work.

The Role

Carry out vehicle servicing and repairs
Complete diagnostics and fault finding
Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance
Work on brakes, suspension, clutches and timing belts
Carry out MOT repairs and preparation
Conduct vehicle health checks
Handle warranty and repair work
Work on a wide range of makes and models
Complete job cards and workshop paperwork
Maintain high levels of workmanship

Requirements

NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3 or IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Previous Vehicle Technician experience
Background in an independent garage, dealership or main dealer is a consideration
Strong mechanical repair experience
Confidence with servicing and diagnostics
Valid MOT Tester licence is ideal
EV or Hybrid certification is highly beneficial
Full UK driving licence
Professional and reliable attitude
