We are currently recruiting an experienced Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable independent car centre situated near Slough. This is an excellent
Service Advisor opportunity for a skilled automotive professional seeking stability and career development within a well-established, customer-focused environment. The idealindividualwill possess strong customer service skills, with experience in automotiveaftersalesand dealership operations.
- Competitive basic salary up to £34,000 plus performance-related bonuses, with potential total earnings of approximately £40,000
- Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, with no requirement to work weekends
- On-site parking for staff convenience
- Generous holiday entitlement of 20 days plus bank holidays, plus Christmas closure

- Regular training programmes to develop industry knowledge andskills
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering a professional and friendly impression
- Book and schedule service and repair appointments efficiently
- Provide accurate estimates and clear explanations of work required to build trust
- Maintain detailed digital service records with relevant customer and vehicle information
- Foster strong customer relationships to promote repeat business
- Upselldealership services and additional products where appropriate
- Support team members with additional duties as necessary
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar service reception role within an automotive dealership or repair environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good digital literacy; familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred
- Professional and customer-oriented attitude
- Valid UK driving licence
