Customer Service Advisor

, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Maidenhead team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, professional support via phone, email, and webchat. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll handle enquiries, resolve issues, liaise with suppliers and couriers, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide product support
• Manage returns, aftersales issues, and courier claims
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and couriers
• Build strong customer and supplier relationships
• Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution
• Achieve service KPIs and support the wider team

• Previous customer service and office experience
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused approach

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
