A progressive and inclusive SEN and SEMH school in Thatcham is seeking a motivated Psychology Graduate Support Assistant to join their team. You will work with children and young people who present with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and behavioural needs.

This Psychology Graduate Support Assistant role is particularly suited to graduates considering careers in Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work, or Teaching.

As a Psychology Graduate Support Assistant, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
• Support behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
• Assist with classroom engagement and academic progress
• Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
• Work collaboratively with teachers and mental health professionals
