Academics is seeking a dedicated Graduate to join a Specialist School near Thatcham as a Mental Health and Behaviour Support Assistant. The role supports pupils aged 4-16 with SEMH challenges, in a small class of 5-10 students, working with teachers, therapists and support staff to deliver tailored education and interventions.
You will encourage learning, provide emotional support, manage behaviours, and apply trauma-informed practices to help students progress academically and personally.
