A welcoming and supportive school in Hermitage is looking for an ASD Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils on the autism spectrum, helping them feel supported, understood, and confident in their learning environment.

• Support pupils with autism (ASD) in and out of the classroom
• Help create a consistent, nurturing, and structured environment
• Build positive and trusting relationships with students
• Support communication, social skills, and emotional development
• Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and other professionals
