Locality Officer needed in Thatcham Paying £15.55 per hr
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities- Managing a complex caseload and resolving tenancy and neighbourhood issues
- Investigating and responding to Anti‑Social Behaviour (ASB) cases
- Supporting customers with tenancy‑related matters and safeguarding concerns
- Conducting estate inspections and neighbourhood checks
- Working collaboratively with residents, contractors, local authorities, and partner agencies
- Ensuring compliance with housing policies, procedures, and legislation
- Delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes for residents
- Identifying opportunities to improve neighbourhoods and community safety
