Vehicle Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a well-established independent, multi-franchise main car dealership in Maidenhead, Berkshire. • Basic salary of £38,000 per annum
• Bonus scheme with OTE exceeding £45,000
• Working hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
• Saturday mornings on rota (1 in
  3) from 8.30am - 12.30pm, with overtime paid

• Conduct vehicle repairs, servicing, and diagnostics efficiently and accurately
• Identify faults and provide appropriate solutions to ensure vehicle quality and safety
• Maintain detailed service and repair records in line with industry standards
• Work collaboratively with the service team to meet customer expectations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and dealership policies
• Complete work within allocated time frames to optimise workshop productivity

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role within a busy workshop environment
• Strong diagnostic skills and comprehensive technical knowledge
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, target-driven environment
