Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 23:00 – 07:00 (Night Shift)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Night Shift Production Shift Manager to join a well‑established and fast‑growing FMCG food manufacturing business operating within a high‑volume production environment. The site is part of a larger, successful group supplying major UK retailers, with continued investment driving expansion and operational improvements.

You will be responsible for leading a production shift team of approximately 20 employees, including operators and line leaders, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality production throughout the night shift. This is a hands‑on leadership role (approximately 70% operational, 30% office‑based), requiring strong visibility on the shop floor and the ability to support the team when required.

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory or management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage production teams in a fast‑paced setting.

• Experience with in chilled, ambient, or high‑care food manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of BRC standards.
• Continuous improvement / lean manufacturing experience.

• Salary of approximately £47,500 including shift allowance.
