Pertemps Reading is recruiting for Production Operatives in Thatcham to manufacture bricks by operating section plant and equipment, while upholding Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards. You will work with shift colleagues and managers to meet site targets.
Rotating shift pattern: 06:00-14:00 Week 1; 14:00-22:00 Week 2. The role requires effective communication, a safety mindset, and willingness to learn and improve continuously.
