To support the development team with key administrative tasks to facilitate the launching of successful products through the gated launch process, to include the creation of part codes forthe pilot plant and destination machines for Newbury, collation of samples and reports from trials and first productions, coordinating product reviews and support in the submission of products to customers with the creation of data sheets and submission forms.

• Communicate effectively within the NPD Team
• Collaborative approach to working within the development team across all 3 customer channels
• Attend monthly NPD team meetings

• Creation of new part codes for both pilot plant and factory lines for the Newbury site
• Plans in all sign off meetings from pilot plant, full line and first productions with the relevant attendees
• Coordination and collection of all samples from trials and first productions required for both internal and external sign off meetings, lab testing and internal reference samples
• Maintains overall trial plan for the team, liases with planning and updates team on any trial changes
• Reviews gated launch tracker for all channels to ensure development tasks remain on track against trial and first production timings

• Support NPD team with the creation of data sheets and completion of submission forms across all channels
• Maintains business continuity plan documentation filing system
• Write up of product trial reports

• Manage systems and information that can be accessed by all team members and make proposals for continuous improvement where necessary.
• Demonstrate a consistent approach to food hygiene and health & safety procedures throughout the workplace.
• Portray a positive image of the company and its values in a professional manner at all times.
• Any other duties which might reasonably be requested in association with the role in order to meet the needs of the business.
• Adhere to all company rules and procedures, with particular attention to health and safety.
