We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist provider supporting children and young adults with autism and complex needs for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their clinical team.

Due to the location of the service, a full UK driving licence is essential.
The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide person-centred nursing care to children and young adults with autism and associated complex health conditions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will promote health, wellbeing and independence while supporting a safe, therapeutic and autism-informed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual health needs.
Support young people with complex medical conditions, including epilepsy, gastrostomy care and wound management.
Monitor, assess and respond to changing clinical needs.
Work collaboratively with education, care and therapy teams to ensure coordinated care.
Build positive relationships with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.
Deliver training, guidance and clinical support to colleagues where appropriate.
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional standards.
Promote best practice in safeguarding, health and wellbeing.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Registration as a Registered Nurse (RNLD, RGN, RMN or RSCN).
Current NMC registration.
Experience supporting children or young adults with complex health needs.
Experience providing training, mentoring or clinical guidance to colleagues.
Excellent communication, organisational and clinical assessment skills.
A compassionate, proactive and person-centred approach to care.
