All screens Nationwide Ltd in Thatcham, England, is seeking a nurse to deliver face-to-face appointments within the Enhanced Access Service, conduct health assessments, provide evidence-based nursing care, administer vaccinations, and perform wound care and routine observations.
You will monitor patients with long-term conditions, conduct NHS Health Checks and preventative interventions, maintain accurate records using EMIS Web, and support PCN Enhanced Access service specifications across sites.
