Chef de Partie (Berkshire)
40 hours per week; £30,000 base salary + paid overtime for over 40 hours; service/tips (approximately £1,000); live‑in accommodation; straight shifts; 28 days holiday.
RoleWe are looking for a chef de partie from a Rosette or a good background to run one of the sections in this kitchen. The restaurant also hosts events.
Responsibilities- Prep section.
- Ensure ready for service.
- Prepare items, plate/cook section dishes in service.
- Carry out normal chef de partie duties.
- Chef de partie or demi chef de partie level.
- Rosette background or fresh food background.
- Live in accommodation.
- Free meals.
- Free uniform.
