About the Role

We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telemarketer / Appointment Maker to join our growing team in Newbury.

Your primary role will be to contact prospective customers, introduce our services, and book qualified appointments for our sales team. If you're a strong communicator who enjoys speaking to people and thrives in a target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

* Introduce our products and services in a professional manner.

* Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.

* Accurately update customer information on our CRM system.

* Meet individual and team performance targets.

* Build rapport with customers and represent the company positively.

What We're Looking For

* Excellent communication and telephone skills.

* A positive, confident, and motivated attitude.

* Previous telemarketing, appointment-setting, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.

* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Basic computer skills.
