Duration: 10 wet rooms before Christmas, followed by 50 straight after

Pay Rate (Worker): £20.00 - £25.00 per hour

Multi Trades Recruitment are seeking an experienced Floor Layer for a long‑run wet‑room refurbishment project within a care‑home setting. The role requires someone who can install cap‑and‑cove safety flooring to a compliant standard with watertight finishes.

• Installation of cap-and-cove safety flooring across wet rooms
• Hot-welded joints and waterproof perimeter detailing
• Subfloor preparation, levelling and moisture barrier work
• Working closely with other trades to maintain project sequence
• Maintaining high cleanliness standards within a live care‑home environment
• Consistent, high‑quality finishes completed at pace

A multi-room wet‑room refurbishment programme including flooring, tiling, plumbing, painting and general finishing work. You will be responsible for taking each room from prepared surfaces to a fully installed capped and coved safety floor.
