Homelessness Prevention and Relief Officer needed in Newbury Paying £28.99 per hr  Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities Managing homelessness prevention and relief cases from application through to resolution Conducting assessments under relevant housing legislation Developing Personalised Housing Plans (PHPs) Providing housing advice and homelessness prevention support Working with landlords, support agencies, and external partners to secure accommodation solutions Assessing vulnerability, safeguarding, and support needs Making decisions in line with homelessness legislation and council policies Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with statutory duties Supporting customers to access temporary or long-term accommodation If you are interested in the role,  to quoting the reference number.
