The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is seeking a Social Worker to join the Front Door Team. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working and a salary of £40,192–£44,012 per annum, plus a £3,000 retention bonus subject to eligibility.
The Front Door team supports adults through Care Act processes, safeguarding, and short-term interventions. You will hold a caseload, work with partners, and help people regain independence and connections.
