We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Confidential Waste Van Driver based in Thatcham.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position offering £14.79 per hour PAYE, with pay parity with the client's own drivers.

The Role

As a Confidential Waste Van Driver, your responsibilities will include:

* Driving a company van to collect confidential waste from customers and sites.

* Returning collected waste safely to the depot.

* Assisting with the secure disposal and processing of confidential waste on site.

* Loading and unloading waste as required.

* Carrying out manual handling duties safely and efficiently.

* Providing a professional and reliable service to customers.

* Completing all duties in accordance with company procedures and health and safety requirements.

Essential Requirements

* Full, clean UK driving licence – essential.

* No criminal record – essential due to the nature of the role.

* Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work.

* Good customer service and communication skills.

* Comfortable carrying out manual handling and loading/unloading duties.

* Availability to work Monday to Friday.

* Previous van driving experience is preferred but not essential.
