Warehouse Operative

About the Role

Our .com packing team are expanding our permanent headcount. In this role, you will be responsible for completing a variety of warehouse tasks and will play a hands‑on part in supporting daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and service are consistently upheld.

• Support the team in processing, packaging and shipping orders securely and on time.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, upholding Health & Safety and Housekeeping standards.
• Manage and retrieve stock to maintain continuous operational flow.
• Escalate stock or data integrity issues in line with agreed processes.
• Support the fulfilment of work orders, from receipt to dispatch.
• Prioritise tasks to maximise productivity and meet team goals.

You will be working 5 days over 7 on a rota.

This is an active, physically demanding role which involves regular lifting of products up to 25kg and walking long distances throughout the warehouse. Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
