We’re growing our warehouse team in Thatcham and looking for hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support our busy M&S operation. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced chilled warehouse environment where you’ll play an important part in keeping products moving safely and efficiently through the supply chain. Reliable, team‑oriented candidates looking for consistent hours with opportunities to progress are encouraged to apply.

• 40 hours per week
• Any 5 from 7
• Night shift: 16:00‑00:00 or 18:00‑02:30
• Basic pay rate per hour £13.37 before probation, increasing to £14.29 after
• Night shift rate of £16.71 before probation, increasing to £17.86 after

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Picking and scanning stock using voice technology
• Moving goods through the warehouse from intake to dispatch
• Working safely and efficiently in a chilled warehouse environment
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
• Working as part of a busy warehouse team

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, ideally within a fast‑paced or chilled environment, although full training will be provided.
