Lightyear Recruitment is looking for an organised, hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to support an event preparation project in Thatcham.
You'll help coordinate a team packing small LEGO pieces into boxes, preparing component kits before they are taken to the event site. No heavy lifting is required. A member of the client's team will be on-site to oversee the project and provide guidance.
Your responsibilities:
Organise day-to-day packing tasks and keep the team on track.
Work alongside warehouse staff to prepare and pack kits.
Check that each box contains the correct pieces and quantities.
Keep the work area tidy and report progress or issues to the on-site manager.
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous team leader or supervisory experience, ideally in a warehouse or packing environment.
Communicates clearly and confidently.
Has strong attention to detail and a practical approach.
Is reliable and available to start on 27 October.
