The Relationship Banker is a key member of Comerica’s Retail Banking Centers, responsible for driving revenue growth through customer-focused solutions in loans, deposits, and non-interest income. The role requires a proactive marketing mindset, operational discipline, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

- Execute proactive marketing activities to attract, retain, and expand customer relationships.
- Provide effective onboarding and ongoing engagement for new and existing customers.
- Act as a digital ambassador, guiding customers to online banking solutions.
- Initiate financial wellness conversations to add value to customer relationships.
- Support consumer portfolio management, driving growth in loans, deposits, and non‑interest income.
- Participate in community outreach and events to promote the bank.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and Comerica policies.
- Maintain disciplined operational standards and mitigate risk within the Banking Center.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including opening accounts, problem resolution, and teller transactions.
- Collaborate closely with the Banking Manager when leading center activities.
- Associate Degree from an accredited college or 60 college credits, or H.S. Diploma/GED.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience (minimum 1 year required).
- At least 1 year of consumer sales experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Completion of Comerica Platform Training Program.
Category A – 100% in the office.
Hours8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday – Friday; 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Saturday.
SalaryTo be determined based on individual experience.
