The OpportunityWe are looking for detail-oriented Benefit Verification Specialists to join our team for a critical annual re-verification project. In this short-term role, you will be the vital link between patients, payers, and pharmacies, ensuring seamless healthcare access.

What You'llBe Doing- High-Volume Outreach:Conduct inbound and outbound calls with patients, payers, and pharmacies to verify insurance coverage details.
- Accurate Documentation:Logverificationoutcomes,claims details,deductibles,andEOBsintooursystemwithprecision.
- Patient Support:Troubleshootbasiccoverageinquirieswithprofessionalismandempathy.
- Compliance:MaintainstrictadherencetoHIPAAguidelinesandallpatientconfidentialitystandards.
- Team
Collaboration:
Maintainaprofessional,camera-onpresenceduringteammeetings,huddles,andtrainingsessions.
- Experience: 2+ years of Benefit Verification or Benefit Investigation experience. High school diploma or GED required.
- Location:Mustresidewithin
50milesof
Bedford/Dallas,TX. - Equipment Pickup:Youmustbeabletopickupanddropoffclient-providedequipmentinpersoninthe
Bedford/Dallas area. - Schedule Flexibility:Availabilitytoworkan8-hourshiftbetween7:00AMand7:00
PMCST,Monday through Friday. - Commitment to Attendance:Becausethisisafast-paced,short-term project,consistentattendanceisvital.
Timeoffduringthecontractperiodcannotbeaccommodated(withtheexceptionofsingle,pre-approvedappointmentsrequiringadvancenotice).
- Base Pay:Upto $19.50, paid weekly.
- Productivity Bonus:Upto $50/weekbasedonattendanceandperformancemetrics.
- Training Bonus:Upto $100bonusforcompletingtrainingandcredentialing.
- Late November:Mandatory Virtual Orientation
- First Weekof January :Project"Go-Live"
